People were so thirsty for new music but the disappointment with his new material was even greater. The videos are a mess. He seems so corny and old now. He should've toured off of covers and FS/LS for the rest of his career. The boxscore would be exactly the same

20/20 era was a major success overall. Album sales, hit singles, hit tour. Part 2 was a little overwhelming but it doesn't change the fact that 20/20 was an ambitious project that paid off

Nah. 20/20 The Experience Part 1 was fine. He should have bowed out and never released Part 2. That really slipped him up. And the VMA Tribute Performance too. He should have just did a compilation of FS/LS tracks and some from 20/20. It's a shame he almost had the world.

Justin literally could've had a hit tour without the album. Like I said before, the anticipation was real. But part 2 (at the least) should have NEVER happened. I will be really interested to see how his next album does. Unless he figures out how to make good, innovative music that resonates with people (just like FS/LS) he will continue to lose interest.
