Katy Perry is more self-aware than Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber, but then again, who isn't? Gags and Biebs have to be the most oblivious pop stars in recent history. But I have no doubt that Katy Perry is as smart as a bag of rocks. Don't get me wrong, she's self-aware enough to know that she's dumb, so she plays up her vapid ditziness a little more, so that it purposefully offsets her lack of intelligence -- she's basically fooling already dumb people into think she's "smarter than she actually is," because "she's in on it." It's the same technique that Paris Hilton used -- she was constantly sold as "being smarter than you think," and groups of morons in the general public believed that, when in reality, Paris Hilton is
literally one of the dumbest (not to mention, most racist and homophobic) people to ever be on television. Katy Perry is a bodacious babe of pop star with hit tunes, but I say this to help you:
Do not be a fooled into thinking that Katy Perry is
