^You're getting better You should open an avatar request thread for yourself if you want more practice.
BTW, when you resize images try to remember holding Shift down during the resizing. It helps keep the image from looking squashed in.

athens, i still find a problem with PCS3, i resize my animation, then drag it to a cap, but then the size is bigger, i still dunno what's wrong? :-/

but when i drag a cap to an animation, it goes well.

^Why would you want to drag the animation to the cap instead of the other way around?

As for the problem, Image > Image Size, and make sure the resolution is set to 72 on both the cap and the animation.

If you still have the problem, post a screenshot so I can see what's up.

Looks like it's just a high quality video with a font called Trajan Pro for the text.

Instead of resizing to 125x125, you would make the resize larger. In this case it's 424 x 239.

Not much else to say really, that's all there is to it lol.
