Her music is boring (although she has some great gems on her latest album). Her personality is boring. She's overhyped and overrated. She acts like she is the second coming of Christ. It it weren't for her fans, I would still not be a fan but I would also not dislike her.
I like that she's such a professional and obviously she's talented. But the only album of hers I love without reservation is b'day. Dil is messy and underwhelming and the rest seem too polished for me. Her self titled is a good album that I like a lot but I still find myself feeling disconnected from it and from Beyoncé herself by extension

her voice is like shouting and masculine
the message she is sending out is disgusting she is so ignorant and has grown up with a silver fork in her mouth her entire life and i cant relate, she has no back story (no rags to riches ala rihanna) its like looking at a basic picture book with no writing.
Her music is all the same-themed and nothing special
i feel like her parents forced her into the singing career and use her, theyre good business people. when i see her all i think is thats what a butt lift, deceptive conning parents and lots of money can get you.
also it feels like she is is just keeping up to the current industry climate
like removing the role model act when others do, hypersexualising her music when others are making urban music when the climate suits it etc

I have no problem with person expressing their opinion and most of them here are objective and non-offensive but the only comment I can't handle is "her voice is not unique". are you kiddin' the world Beyoncé has one of the most identifiable voice since the new millenium. I mean it's even a problem to cover her songs because she has such a "musical charisma" (allow me to create words)......
Fake, no fan interaction, extremely dull discography, she never shows herself in public, don't want to the associated with the beyhive, the fact she featured her daughter on her album must be the corniest thing in the history of mankind, extremely overrated, hate her voice (like almost yelling) and dances too much on stage.
