Of course hun, she is still #2 in Forbes's list of most powerful (economically, socially, influentially wise) and successful people (after Oprah). She may have voluntarily lay the promotion off for some months, don't forget that she can be sneaky sometimes. Gaga confirmed that she has ARTPOP II but she can't release due to personal use but she is renamed as "creative rebellion", it's a big possibility you know.
