There are a lot more options available for art majors than one would assume. My best friend got an art degree the same time that I got an English degree. It's not just a stereotype.

I wish I was actually good at cool stuff but I've come to the conclusion I'm probably going to end up majoring in biology or something science-y

I get envious when I pass by the high school coming home from work and see all those happy queers prancing around the boys. The freedom of mistakes and regret.

You basically stand in one spot every two hours and just do one thing. You have to go fast and make sure its detailed, and I'm a graphic design major, like making things detailed and going fast don't work. They already talked to me about going to slow

I had such a good understanding of that when I was in high school, but just seeing the price of everything and how much debt I'm already in sets this panic in.

Plus there are so many different directions I want to go in.

There's my main bitch painting, my lover design, and the third option which is the most exciting and mysterious for a young gay, being a textile designer/artist. Fashion!

I know the feeling. I know I'm in so much financial debt cause of school, gaining interest, that i'll be like 60 by the time it is paid off.
