If you know where to go you'll find some negros in Charlotte, They're whiter than Atlanta but blacker than Raleigh (city limits that is)
If the weather would have been better y'all could have gone whitewater rafting at that whitewater rafting place.Greensboro,Fayetteville, and Durham all have a higher
percentage of black people in their towns than Charlotte but they are all smaller,- Between 200 and 300K each AMD ALL three have a publicly funded HBCU I'm town(Eastern NC in general has a lot of black people but I would stay away from that region as it is economically depressed, has shockingly high crime rates and has nothing going for it, am watch out for Fayetteville as it is THE textbook definition of a military town.)
That being said, outside of Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, and Savannah, BOTH Pennsylvania and Georgia are just as wack as NC.
The weather should DEFINITELY be warmer by next week but the water itself might still be a bit frigid.its funny y'all say this because it was literally GORGEOUS on Saturday in my part of the state (highs reached the 70s)
