The only objective way to measure if a song is still relevant is with it's radio airplay and everybody got clocked already with the receipts.

Stay was a fun song and video, but it's hardly an event single.
The Monster was definitely a non-event, I'm surprised it went #1. I probably heard it twice in my life.

Anyway, Stay is/was pretty memorable.
