It's getting downloaded in a second, it's gonna happen.
The only way I could have seen the app being successful is with a nice addicting game of some sort. And for example, if you bought the album or a song or something ARTPOP related then you could get some goodies in the app and stuff. It would be both fun and the app would have actually helped in some way to the album.
As it is right now, the app is pretty much useless even if you're a fan, for example I downloaded it, checked it and erased it because there was literally nothing else to do, with a good game I would have kept it and used it multiple times.
