To be honest I fell that the "crusade for freedom" thing is something her mother has done. Ke$ha is not dumb enough (she got accepted into Columbia supposedly) to jeopardize her career like this and risk burning bridges with the biggest producer in pop (who happens to be her boss).
Not only that, but Luke retweeted her comeback tweet, which means that they're all fine and well.
