Pretty much. If they drop a single tomorrow, they would probably bomb like No Doubt.
But this will always be fire:

Rack City is up there. But Mike Will is still better than Mustard, let's not forget his pop/urban masterpiece "We Can't Stop".

I think they'd have Daft Punk levels of success if the music was good.
The festivals they're headlining are selling out fast.

Hey yall I'm thinking, if Daft Punk were to drop a single right now, featuring Pharrell Williams or somebody, they would PROBABLY bomb No Doubt-style.

Daft Punk didn't have any sort of decently selling hit single or album before their "comeback" this year

808 is Kanye's worst album followed by College Dropout(the overly pitched samples are just too much)
His best are obviously Yeezus then MBDTF

I think Outkast has collected a new fan group since they splitted that wasn't around when they still made music so they might not flop
And Roses is also fairly well-known

Ah, someone is catching feelings.
Yes, OutKast have a chance if they recruit Pharrell. Otherwise, they have no chance. People been hopped off that bandwagon. It showed when Big Boi his album did nothing. Andre knows what's up. That ship has sailed, hunny.
