Taylor Swift's first album has sold 5.7 million, not 5.5 million according to Mediabase and Red has 5,830,000 according to Mediabase too. (They updated a lot of pop album's numbers last week). So updated the OP please

It was at 1,632,500 in the UK by the end of 2011. Since then it sold another 300k and now it's sold 1,912,800 there. Now add that to WW numbers and there you have 6M.

It sold roughly 2 million in North America and 3.2 million in Europe. I just find it hard to believe it sold another 0.8 million in Asia + Latin America when it only sold 130,000 in Japan. What is the country breakdown for it?

But you use Mediatraffic, right? So when you add those stats I gave you with 2010 & 2011 year-end numbers, you'll have 6M+.
