Hmm well most artists achieve their opus early on, many painters, sculptors, writers, etc make their greatest work in their 20s.
Nebraska is actually almost as acclaimed and it came out 5 years later. And his biggest hit was released in 1993, almost 20 years later.
And they said he was irrelevant with the youth
