Y'all wrongly assumed that Gaga's goal was being a pop star.
I think she's just desperate to get dropped though. Maybe not though - it's not good for Interscope's image but she is finally creating buzz again. So who knows.

Not everybody who's rich and famous does pop though. That's not even really a necessary part of the criteria. Furthermore, maybe she regrets her contract, she is human.
