Get yourself a team with six Pokémon of Level 100 with the ability Pickup. Make sure that at least one of them can learn the move Thief (Diggersby or Linoone for instance). Then head to a Friend Safari with Chansey and start battling. Make sure to use Thief on every Chansey you encounter and simply kill the others. You will soon find a Lucky Egg and hopefully a Leftovers during the entire process.

It took me awhile, but I have now 7 Lucky Eggs and 6 Leftovers.
