I keep seeing this GIF, and remember the thread it came from. But, seriously... I wonder. We all talk about the "divas" shade now, and the 90's... but I know the old school divas were even more cut throat! There was even a video where Patti said Diana used to purposely copy their outfits to upstage them.
Patti is the true queen of soul. Aretha has been jealous of her for the longest time. She looked pressed when Patti sang the **** out of Ain't No Way to her tribute.
I think they do like each other but, I think they have had problems throughout their history. It's been quite a long time that they have known each other.
And complete and utter death at Patti wanting to "pimp slap" Diana for copying their dresses!
