the Originals is really good , probably better the the whole vampire diares series , the stories are really well written and the show is not so OBSESSIVELY focused on one characters and above all , till now , doesn't seems like the stories are written FOR/AROUND the main protagonist but there is a reason for all things happening. For Katherine , i don't know , they said she is gone for good but in my opinion they wll find a way to make her come back some how...if Vicki , who is dead in the middle of season 1 is still appearing , there is a chance for everything

Katherine is like the center of everything, the Salvatore brothers, the doppelganger stories, Klaus, everything.

I hope season 6 is the final one and Elena dies along with Kat in a epic fight

This is true. Right now TO are better but they are yet to have some amazing moments like the last scene of TVD S1 for example.

i don't know!i don't remeber TVD being so good , in TO every character has his/her own storyline and seems more "defined".... it's not just just being functional to the protagonist but having something to say!!!but maybe it's just impression...

I had the same idea too, it would have been really interesting, but probably it would have made Elena less cental in the story so.... even because It's a tradition on the show to make bonnie doing something important (like a spell or something else)and then Making her disappear for a couple of episoses after that( like the others characters)just in case she had too much exposure

I think by comparison the first two seasons of TVD were better than what it is now. There was less focus on the love-triangle and we got to see Bonnie, Elena & Caroline being friends, Elena & Jeremy felt like siblings (they almost never interact anymore), there were more adults around and the show felt more anchored in reality. They killed off all the parents sans Liz, who we rarely see.

I personally have always had problems foundation of the show though. I actually like Stefan a lot more now that I did when the show started. I had a huge problem with the way Stefan stalked Elena for months and it always seemed odd to me that Elena didn't care about all the dead bodies popping up around town and that after what happened with Vicki she never took any time away from the vampire-stuff. I also always felt like Stefan was only interested in Elena because she looked like Katherine and she was who he thought Katherine was (since Stefan didn't know Katherine was a vampire at first). Stefan slept with Elena and failed to ever mention that she looked exactly like Katherine - Elena only found out when she discovered a picture of Katherine. Now with this Silas/Amara doppelganger retcon it does make slightly more sense - the Silas & Amara doppelgangers are just programmed to be drawn together.

I will miss Katherine Pierce Nina Dobrev played her flawlessly. That girl is owed Emmys for her acting ability. She's gone above and beyond so many times I've lost count.

This was a good episode! I like it!! 3 deads in 1 episode I think that this season is a mess but the producers would fix everything by the end of the season like the past season!!

Stop all the talking About the Originals! If we compare season 1 & 2 of TVD The Originalas looks basic! Im still Team TVD!

Imo, TO hasn't had any amazing moments yet because it hasn't even been on for one full season. TO doesn't even have any cliffhanger yet.

i don't think Nina Bobrev is particulary good as actress but i've to say she is good playing all that dopplgangers , she manages to make Kat , Elena , Amara all different ,somehow , when Elena turned off her emotions i expected to see a kat part 2 instead she menaged to diversify the characters

Not me watching that extended trailer and wishing Kat was there to rip the obnoxiousness that is Delena to pieces... They honestly should have killed Elena off and kept her as Katherine. I'm over this stefan/damon/elena bs.

it's absurd that Stefan since season 1 has been just with Elena (or Katherine) !why Elena can't be with a normal guy , and demon and stefan with 2 different girls just for one season ?!

Season 1 in retrospect felt like one long introduction to everything, and for me at least the show didn't pick up until Season 2. Season 3 and 4 were great and Season 5 started strong but it all starting going a bit meh for me when the whole Augustine vampire storyline kicked in. Silas felt like an actual threat but now it's just boring.
