Fun fact: The Dope cover was originally meant to be the Swine set.
I think I mentioned this before, but the I&V photoshoot had 15 different sets, each one meant for one song on ARTPOP. However, the tracklist wasn't finalized at that time, so Dope (which wasn't created yet) didn't have a set, and neither did Venus. Brooklyn Nights, Onion Girl, and Temple all did - the BN and Temple sets remain unreleased, as do a few others. For some reason she dropped this idea pretty early on, no idea why.

Obviously there's more sets from this photoshoot that have been released, I just don't know which songs they go to. She did another shoot with I&V a few weeks ago, I'm guessing it's something for the tour or Act II.
Remember when Gags her team said that ARTPOP wasn't going to be handled like a blockbuster movie (aka all the promo the first weeks à la BTW) but that they were aiming for longevity this time ?

I can't that Gaga gave us a buzz era and just disappeared, it almost seems as if she randomly released a single (and an afterthought album) to have a reason to tour again
