Troy owns the trademark to Mother Monster, oddly enough. I guess he was the one who created it and the paperwork was filed under his name, thus he owns the name. I don't believe he or anyone owns "little monster." But, even if he did, that wouldn't affect LM.com, since he and Gaga co-own Backplane (the server on which LM.com is run). So I'm assuming that site will remain unaffected.
But so far, seems like this Goddess of Love moniker is the one she needs to get rid of
