I think her credit card is US based. As I said earlier she is based/working abroad.

My dad's standard chartered works in itunes Australia.

It's not about the credit card only. You'll have to fill the address and phone number information + zip code according to the country where you're purchasing the song. How did your sister fill the information when you're living in Philippines? It doesn't make sense to me. Intra was still right.

My sister is not in the Philippines I posted 2 times a while ago she is working abroad. In an international hospital. ok
She works in a US based hospital but she don't stay there all the time she is assigned to other countries.
