The Queen is being paid $2 Million dollars by Doritos to play at SXSW Festival!

Doritos reportedly is writing a $2 million check to Lady Gaga to play their Doritos Bold Stage promotion at Stubb’s next Thursday, with at least that much going toward the production of the giant vending machine/stage across the street from the Austin Convention Center, so clearly money is no object when it comes to getting attention during SXSW.

Let me thread it: "Monster steals from Warhol's grave"
Would've been even funnier if she had done the Monster paw

Gaga is being paid 2 million to perform? What kind of Reverse Angela Cheng Experience? This will be interesting. It'll probably be a small intimate setting but I'm still wondering just what she will do - something short but sweet like ARTPOP on Fallon? A piano ballad, Dope, like the YouTube Music Awards? I hope she performs her third single.

I hope she performs for about 40 minutes.
Something like Jingle Bell in December in London would be good.
But if she doesn't perform G.U.Y. .......

I mean I was playing the song 100+ times a day at one point. And it still sounds amazing. The chorus really gives the song life. Like I said before, I just wish the lyrics were good. I listen to the instrumental regularly. DJWS really did it here!

Me too. She had her power back at the Jingle Bell. I think it was that green wig, tbh, it brought her back to the Fame Monster. She should perform Aura, Swine, Applause, Just Dance, Poker Face, and G.U.Y. This is the one place she doesn't need a piano ballad and all of those songs bring a fantastic amount of power and creativity out of her.

Marry The Night would slay as well - not too slow and could always use more promotion.

I'm sure she'll perform ARTPOP, Dope, and then an acoustic performance of Onion Girl. She's going to continue her decay of the little monsters theme

She will def. play the piano. To show that she is an artist.
Maybe DWUW on the piano.

Real good, we dance in the studio
Snap-snap, to that **** on the radio
Don't stop for anyone
We're plastic, but we still have fun

I saw that. I'm not too shocked - Marry The Night is a truly empowering song. I play it at my weakest and it always helps me to keep marching on, no matter how hard it gets. Such a beautiful song. Shame about it's charting difficulties but the fact that it has helped people this much speaks volumes. That bridge saves lives.
