Why do you say that? An artist can have huge singles that are only a preparation for bigger smashes. Two good examples are Just Dance followed by Poker Face and Bad Romance followed by Telephone. If Blurred Line's, Call Me Maybe's, Roar's and STIUTK's followers failed to make a impact is not because they were
overshadowed - that's a lame excuse and simply no such pattern exists. It's because they were flop choices.
If G I R L #2 single flops, it's unlikely that it will be because of Happy. Unless the label messes up with the date release.
