Well she's kind of asking for it, is she not? It did not give her reason to bring up a breakup.
Well she wasn't asking for it from a FRIEND. Miley has always said good things about Katy, and Katy was the one who started it. I'm not defending what Miley did but Katy isn't the innocent one here.
