The Twitter handle change... oh dear.

This really has me thinking. Some (mostly non-celebrity) people do it, but she has never randomly changed her name in the past, ever. Something is a-brewing, we are looking forward to some kind of change.

Maybe this is foreshadowing future plans she's been having in mind a lot lately?

1) She passed it on to somebody else to do it for her.
2) The rehab facility allowed her Twitter access for a moment because the change is at least loosely related to something she's been up to there.
3) She smuggled in a phone and is going to be kicked out of rehab one of these days for it.
