Agreed. However the article still contains new info. Regardless of what info the two threads may share. This new thread also contains NEW information.
The title of the source (ie the headline) mentions gaga. Which is why, this new thread does. It seems strange that when quoting a source you wouldn't mention the original title. That's what the headline says in spanish.
You don't want to be known as bias, I don't think you are, at all. However, you said you were not the one that closed it? did i read that correctly?
If that's the case, you can certainly retain your integrity and re-open a thread that does not breach any of the ATRL guidelines for posting.
