I would disagree. Her tone is nothing special but I can clearly pinpoint her parts post 2010.
Sooyoung, Yoona and Tiffany are harder to differentiate although, 9/10 times, it is always Tiffany while Yoona is the weakest.
Granted I don't think I've actually heard her enough to be able to easily distinguish, but I can see why you'd be able to, given that her voice is the most mature.
I find Tiffany's usually the one putting way too much emotion into it, all the while sounding cornier than an American talking patriotism, and for Yoona I just listen out for HAL 9000.
