Smogon is trash imo. They're the ones who recommend defensive Gastrodon, no speed EV specs Chandelure, and adamant nature on a pokemon with 3 physical moves and 1 special and way more

Yea, I just started playing and battling with this Gen. It's just so much. I always get embarrassed when I battle, cause I **** up so much.

Nnnn yeah. I'm horrible at prediction and all that stuff. But tbh it'd be so boring if you spend every turn super analyzing everything and it doesn't even become fun at that point.

I have fun win or lose, and seeing my fave Pokemon in battle and what not

I can relate. I did a little something during D/P (hell I was terrible then) and being rusty didn't help

Though watching a lot of battles from the big poke-youtubers and getting a bit of fun n experience on showdown helps me a bit.

I kinda stop battling on XY because I always loose on Battle Spot. 3 vs 3 thing is not for me.
