Nope, IFPI released their list and Katy was the #1 female. I can't remember if Pink was even in the Top 10 overall.

All that happened years ago now. Katy let her favorite song from PRISM peak at #14. She isn't trying to prove anything anymore. She is just slaying on her own. Dark Horse went #1 with literally no promo.
