The show actually got cancelled due to legal drama revolving around Jody and Mary's friends threatening her.

I always kii'd when Mary talked about her music career as if she had been some kind of star She was one of those filler acts on Canadian radio they are forced to play since Canadian radio has to play a fixed ratio of Canadian artists
