AZEALIA'S Z100 INTERVIEW
Azealia Banks, the upcoming "witch hop" rapper came to visit the Z100 studios to do a quick interview and even performed a few songs including Dramatix, her latest single on iTunes for only $0.69. Azealia's song Dramatix is number one on this week's countdown for Z100.

Z: So your single Dramatix is number one on our countdown, how does that make you feel?
A: Wow really? That makes me feel so magical like wow never expected that haha that's dope.
Z: Can you give us some titles of songs off your new album Domination?
A: Well I have the title Voodoo, KXUXNXT, and the others you'll just have to find out!
Z: You're a very conceptual performer, will we have any collabs on the album?
A: Actually, yes. Me and Britney Spears met up the other day and I told her how much I loved Vengeance and she said thank you. We just got to talking and we decided to collab.
Z: That's crazy right there. Can't wait to here it.

Miley Cyrus ran her own one-hour special today on MTV Hits to support her album ‘My Truth’ by playing some of her music videos from the era, along with her favorite videos.

‘THE MAKING OF MY TRUTH’ RENEWED FOR 2ND SEASON
Last year, Miley promoted her album by launching a little Docu-Series on MTV titled ‘The Making of My Truth’. All the videos from Season 1 have been re-uploaded to MTV to stream again, as each have picked up a respected 100k - 300k views over its few returning hours. But Miley’s not finished, with a statement released today by MTV and Miley Cyrus, they’re going for Round #2.
MTV: “We are very happy to announce that a new season of ‘The Making of My Truth’ will air soon. It has once again been a privilege to work with Miley Cyrus and this season will be just as good, if not, better than the last. Stay tuned!”
Miley Cyrus: “I’m so blessed that I get to continue telling my story with a brand-new season of my Docu-Series coming shortly! I think this season we’re going to focus a lot on the tour, something that didn’t start when last season aired. You’ll also definitely see more behind-the-scenes of the makings of the album back from May, June and July of 2013. I’d like to get a lot of new footage now, as over our hiatus there was not much to film, but this season will definitely have more of a futuristic outlook as to what’s happening instead unlike last season where we focused on the past and present. It’s gonna be great.”
Rumors are that the first episode of ‘The Making of My Truth: Season 2’ will air next Wednesday, March 12th. We are unsure of the date and time, but this is what fans have contemplated on the most.

Tonight, MTV's Making The Video is BACK with a special hour & a half edition the making of Selena Gomez's video for "Crown"! The video will also premier tonight during the special! The video has been directed by Melina Matsoukas and will be army themed. Rumor has it, this could be the premier of a remix too! Who might Selena be collaborating with? Uh oh! Taylor Swift was seen getting affectionate with a mystery man in black in her New York City loft. The male was seen entering Swift's apartment building at 10:45 PM last night and Swift arrived shortly after at 10:57 PM. They both entered the elevator, the male not showing his face to the camera. While waiting for the elevator to open, the male pulled Swift in for what seemed to be a long kiss before the elevator opened and they stepped into the elevator. The male with dark hair, we're beginning to question who this mystery man is. Could it be the inspiration behind Taylor Swift's upcoming album and promotional single 'Loving The Wrong Way'. We have no idea but we're following this story as best as we can. You can bet Swift will be questioned about the identity of this male as well.

Taylor Swift has signed on to Revlon cosmetics to promote their lines of make ups. The first commercial aired today during The Big Bang Theory, over five million people seeing the advertisment. The ad shows Taylor slipping on some heels with a black dress before she puts on some mascara and ruby red lipstick, looking absolutely fierce in her dress. She does a fierce twirl, and puts her hand on her hip posing. She heads into the street, capturing the attention of males before she meets her friend (later revealed to be Paige Elliot). The two walk off into the night as Taylor comes over the audio saying 'Revlon'. Throughout the commercial 'Loving The Wrong Way' is used. The commercial boosted sales for her promotional single and is about to take the lead on iTunes.

Selena Gomez has just released her Crown video and the rumors were true! There was a secret collaborator! And who was it? Drake! "Got the #1 bitch, she own this ****, #1 in town, she own the crown" he opens with. Is he alluding too the fact that he's got SELENA?!?!!? After being seen together numerous times in public, including in Swift's latest Revlon commercial, people are questioning whether Paige may be the inspiration or perhaps the new muse for Taylor's songwriting? After Taylor kissed a mystery man in her apartment building, we're beginning to wonder who and what she's up to. Paige and Taylor have been reported to be spending a lot of time with Justin Bieber in the studio as indentified by the Rolling Stone article. But we are sure that's strictly business. Reports say the two have been having spending a lot of nights together. With the selfies of the two on their instagrams, these reports seem to be highly likely. Taylor Swift has done something unexpected today as she flew in from New York to Dallas to talk face to face with the DJ who sent out some interesting tweets insulting the singer and some of her close friends. Not expected at all, Swift walked into the building confronting the DJ who sent out the tweets and had been bashing her openly over the radio for weeks now. Swift stayed at the station for ten minutes before grabbing her Chanel handbag and leaving.

FWD magazine: Vanessa Hudgens: I don't force music or collaboration
Vanessa Hudgens confirmed today that she was back on the music scene for her own album, the second one she will release after she left Disney and also with ShoTime Records. On her previous album she showed much more maturity than ever, and was heavily influenced by the European scene with the UK house, Garage, Dub-step, that she mixed it up with her own Pop and Urban sound. What can we expect now from her?
The singer interact via phone and mail with us and a panel of fans.
Her influences in the new album:
I've been listening to a lot of different acts and music, from Disclosure, Alt-J to Beyonce, or even Kanye West. But my music is heavily influenced by my life and what's speaks to me at the moment. So my little pop music have a lots of different influences in the Urban, Rock , EDM or Reggae scene.
Collaborations on this album:
For the moment there is none except with my producers. I want it to be a full collaboration where everybody can suggest their ideas and create together. I do want an organic work between everybody and not something forced.
On working on her skills (vocals, productions, writing):
I want to be a full musician/artist. I do want one day have an album entirely made by myself, from the vocals to the production. Yes, it's a lot of work but at the end of the day, I'm gaining more and more credibility as a singer and artist because I can do more than just sing. My dream is to impact the music scene be more than the Disney kid who sings, or Justin Bieber fiancée. I am Vanessa Hudgens the singer/actress.

The singles before the album:
I will release 3 singles before the album. But they all haven't their spot on the album for sure, cause now that I'm on the last stage of the album, and I re-record some tracks, scrapped some other and ever did new ones. The tracklist is not finalized at all. I am really glad that ShoTime is giving me full control of the tracklist, but they give me a some advices for it. The label is pushing me to be more creative and I love that.
The first single :
The first single is a song that might won't be on the album, it's called Dream Racer, it's a Club/Electro-Pop song produced by Redfoo from LMFAO and Afrojack. I even rap-talk, you know a bit like Cassie during the verses and singing on the hook. It's a song that I love very much so that's why it's a single.

MILEY'S H&M COLLECTION SOLD OUT ONLINE
Looks like Miley's team needs to create new pieces for H&M, or restock! In just 24 hours, Miley's H&M collection has sold out online worldwide. Each piece was given a stock between 30.000 - 50.000, making Miley reel in millions for H&M. Most of the pieces have gotten great reviews, from an average rating of 4.3/5 stars between all the different pieces. In addition, most H&M stores in the US and South America have requested more stock, as they have run out of clothes from the collection. Looks like people have got to have these clothes!

Phoebe performs on Jimmy Fallon
 
Yesterday, Phoebe Tonkin appeared on the Jimmy Fallon show, where she performed her second single, Midsummer Days. Right before her performance, Phoebe tweeted about her performance for her fans saying, that somehow this time she was super nervous about her performance. Later, when it was time for her performance, Phoebe showed up on the stage wearing a thight crop top and a loose, knee long skirt. Her hair looked really good in curls, and the make-up was better than ever. Smoky eyes showed off her beautiful eyes, and darker, brown-ish blush made her look even sexier. She started performing by singing Midsummer Days chorus in acapella, making it like a little cute intro. Then, a live band started playing the instrumental, and Phoebe started dancing right there where she was standing, making cute moves and shaking her curls. Her performance was super simple, but she performed her song really well.
