I found it interesting how tumblr has embraced Lupita's "no matter where you're from, your dreams are valid" speech while ignoring the fact Lupita comes from an incredibly wealthy family (one of the richest and most powerful in all of Africa) and got the part because she went to YALE. It's not like most little girls from Africa will have access to those kinds of opportunities, and just shows you how much privilege you have to have been born with for Hollywood to accept you into its fairy tale narrative if you are indeed a black girl from Africa.
Have you ever gotten an infection from all the sand in your vagina?

She sounds like an aristocrat through and through.
omg finally yes! Lupita went to Yale which is like the most corrupt university ever (George Bush jr. even got accepted there). She was obviously not poor. Anyhow, she is really talented which is what matters at the end of the day. She still too dark skinned for the Hollywood Propaganda Machine to use her in the long run though.

Lies.
Yes has a privileged life but she's not the first and certainly not the last.
Many actors/actresses have parents working in the industry and yet they still fail to make any impact.
