Still 'Lady Gaga Oscars 2014' gets more search results on Google than Leonardo Dicaprio Oscars 2014, Bette Midler Oscars 2014, Charlize Theron Oscars 2014, etc. She received more press than most of the prominent actors there, I guess she's really over/irrelevant (Receipts from google search)

If anything I would trust these smaller blogs more than the higher profile ones.

These blogs are sent out too write about these events without compensation, they are happy with actually getting to attend THE Oscars . Unlike the higher profile blogs that get some kind of compensation for spinning stories in favor of celebs.
