Hopefully they'll continue with smart collaborations. Getting the urban demographic to buy into her (if only for a few singles) would be great, and I think she'd benefit getting the older gays on board via theatre involvement too. Doing Gypsy with Babs would be smart to dip her toes into that world.

Exactly. Collaborations and explorations into new territory will help her in every way - I almost think the electronic/pop career she's built should be slowly dismantled and changed. She should evolve into a more diverse artist even if it means less hit songs, and that will help her albums to sell, her legacy to grow greater, and respect for her to be increased.
