Feminism in civilized countries isn't really a struggle for equality under the law anymore, but a struggle against women's own choices to be the housewife, to please men above all else, and to not pursue power (political or within a company). They make these choices because that is how they are raised, that is what society pushes them towards, they feel like it's what they
should be doing. And they believe this because of people like Pepcé who glorify these traditional roles in their songs and videos, saying that pleasing and being a sex toy to your man is wonderful as long as it's your own choice. And so little girls who idolize Pepcé witness her being subservient to her man and they think that is what they want to be when they grow up. And so the cycle of "inequality" continues.
Pepcé really learned **** all from that Chimamanda TED talk. It inspired her to set feminism back a decade or two with BEYONCÉ itself and that ridiculously stupid essay.
