Nobody wanted to tour outside of the US, because of 9/11. Madonna's tour dates were domestic.

Why would touring Europe be an issue when Madonna could still play 3 dates in the danger territory. Lol please, Janet was clearly hiding her weak ticket sales. As for the other 3, they were America's sweethearts so they were most likely pushed to cancel by their labels.

I highly doubt it tbh. She didn't even cancel her tour when it caused some construction workers to die, and you think she would cancel a non American leg because of 9/11? Doubt it.
