I don't believe it'll be coming. Unfortunately the ARTPOP name is tainted, now. Her team wouldn't risk releasing another record with the title in fear that the GP may associate it with the former. And I know that she had separate tours for The Fame and The Fame Monster, but she's already gone on the artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball Tour, so I doubt that she'd go on another ARTPOP Ball tour for Act II.

The general public doesn't really care about the name. And as long as she serves quality music and a cohesive album, the critics will praise it

Yeah, I temporarily forget that Gags has the final say when it comes to everything so if she wants ARTPOP Act II there will be an ARTPOP Act II.

I disagree that the GP doesn't care about the name, though. If they didn't want ARTPOP the first time 'round, they're not going to want Act II. They'll probably just assume it's a reissue or something.

No offence to Gags, but quality, cohesive and ARTPOP don't belong in the same sentence. But I could be proven wrong, that would be great.

And mess. I guess that means it's not coming then.

Well there were surely enough factors that kept the GP from buying it. For example the high price, the very inconsistent promo, etc. I mean i am sure not everyone knew she had an album out
And one member her (nick) is ( most likely) an insider and already said it is coming

nnn no need to fabricate excuses for why her album didn't sell.

We'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Actually releasing G.U.Y as a single the same day with the video is a great move. I mean the sreaming points from the video could make G.U.Y debut inside the top 10.There will be lot of views for the video. And right now the competition is weak. Dark Horse has already peaked and the only song that will block G.U.Y is Happy. Cmon Gags, You can do it! What she really needs right now is a hit single to remind people she's still alive and relevant. Album sales are important but Interscope should really focus on the next lead single. I have more faith in Interscope than Gaga tbh which is sad since the label has made many mistakes as well.

Honestly, I think anything from this album except for Gypsy and maybe Sexxx Dreams and Manicure will underperform because of the situation she's in right now. This is why I don't care what she releases, G.U.Y. is not gonna be a hit (I'd love to be proven wrong) but it's a nice song and the video she's filming looks promising (assuming we'll see the final result). I just want her to continue releasing singles/videos then go on tour and end the era because it's just been messy. Like $oldier said, Ke$ha's album was a flop but I still play it and consider it an amazing pop release, ARTPOP not so much. Therefore I would be very happy if she didn't release ARTPOP act 2 and just let go of the whole concept of art and pop coming together because it looks forced.

Either way, my expectations are that G.U.Y. smashes and hopefully she'll release Gypsy eventually. I'm sure the tour will be amazing cause Gaga never disappoints there, I still kinda like most songs on ARTPOP but I will say I wanna move on to a more cohesive era.
