So we can all agree that Gaga sort of took a bit of a drop-off in quality after TFM era, right?
So if we look at the fact that she missed out on a legendary iconic tour with the g0d of touring: Kanye West, we can see that maybe there weren't good creative decisions being made...
So basically if Gaga did Fame Kills would her music be better and her public image?
No, TMB tour was profitable for her and proved she could carry a tour on her own straight out of the gate. And hypothetically I doubt Kanye would have had any sort of influence on her music afterwards tbh.
Nope. If Kanye stuck around in the spotlight, he'd steal all the focus due to the TSwift incident. And Gaga wouldn't have begun her massively successful Monster Ball. She would be more twisted into the hip-hop community, but more as a gimmick.
I'm glad things happened the way they did, even though TFK would have been AWESOME. Gaga remixes of Kanye's hits, and vice-versa, that alone would have been epic...
No. TFM and TMB were perfectly timed and couldn't really have been bigger. She grew her brand massively and in hindsight, it was probably for the best that she focused on her career rather than being tied (however briefly) to someone else's. Particularly when he was getting a lot of heat.
From Kanye's POV, I don't think it would have done him good. He needed a break.
It would be interesting if they collaborated on a song (or two) and did a brief co-headline tour in future now that she's a touring force and established. A stadium with those two would be pretty spectacular. And it'd need to be a stadium for all that ego.
