Well, she performed "Loca" in the U.S. within two weeks of its premiere. Additionally, with her chart history in the U.S., we shouldn't be encouraging her past actions of delaying performances,
It's just this case of how if she would have simply concentrated promo for a week, such as premiering the video and performing during the same week, she could have easily scored a much higher peak. Hell, if she debuted the song, video and 1 performance in a week, she probably could have scored a Top 3.
She needs to perform it now. The song needs it now and not a month away because she wants to promote the album at the same time. Go on a late night show and perform. Go on a morning show and perform. She's stunting the growth of the song by never giving it a big enough push.
