Your forgetting they added more MG packages after they sold out, they were all sold out up until the April shows, and the Las Vegas Journal and the Caesars Group rep said they would be doing more, and they added more and raised the prices, same for VIP they raised the prices. I think gross comes from standard tickets, VIP and MG are packages in some way, I doubt those are included.
They probably don't include what they add on.
