The child cost him his job as a manager, his marriage, and his relationship with his children. He's dead wrong, and she better sue his ass, but the negative consequences for what happened is likely the reason why he is ignoring the kid. He's blaming the kid for a mistake he made. Such a pathetic human being. I'll never understand how he was responsible for birthing one of the most important women of this century.
