I think the only one who could do it would be Katy. More dates meaning having to make less per show, and she increased her prices from the California Dreams Tour as well. Her VIP Packages are quite high too and take up a lot of the arena as well. I know from seeing on the interactive Ticketmaster shows in Toronto almost every other row is the Prismatic Party Pack which runs at $500/package.
Playing more shows in Europe would help too, having seated show is more of a North American thing, a lot of shows in Europe are all standing meaning more people to fit in. Gaga is playing more shows in Europe and has an entire GA standing setup but making $2.6 million is a lot to ask.

artists always have breaks between legs usually lasting a month or more. So you're saying every leg should be a new tour because they can't break?
