Perfume is good. Britney Jean has one huge issue which is that in most songs, the verses are like INFINITELY better than the chorus, and perfume is like the worst case. Those verses are so beautiful and haunting and then that Katy Perry-reject chorus kicks in and it's just

Other songs with the same problem: Don't Cry, ISBE, Chillin with you, Now that I Found You, Till It's gone.
ISBE, NTIFY and TIG are all amazing though, and they could be even better with better choruses

Ftbombh is just a weak song... It goes nowhere and does nothing for the britney brand.
Honestly back then i loved it because of her vocals and never got the fascination with born to make u happy but now i know born to make u happy would have completely fit in to her brand at the time and it does to somewhere...i mean it hit #1 without her biggest format USA supporting it.

Her team played it right with not a girl and everytime
They played it wrong by not releasing born to make u happy to us and not releasing the following:

And passenger despite its unpolished vocals.
They speak to her brand at each moment in time and actually have meaning.

I hated the video for almost two months. Since late January I gave it a 2nd chance, and I can't completely ignore something with Britney's face and body so exposed so I enjoy it for what it is now, but yeah, just like on the charts, it was too late.

I agree.

Perfume, It Should Be Easy, Hold On Tight, Don't Cry, Passenger, etc

But BJ does have some strong choruses though a la Work Work, Til It's Gone and Alien.

FTBOMBH lyrics are well-written. Her vocals are great. Overallly, it's a great song. Stop hatin on it.

I never watched PeeFume again. I didn't even finish it at my first time.
