The Bump feature, the hand gestures, smart scroll etc. are all innovations.
Having better specs is not innovation (which is standard). How is better specs "out of the box".

Motorola used a fingerprint sensor, not a fingerprint scanner.
Motorola used the basic fingerprint sensor used on everyday tech even back in the day.
Apple used a scanner that actually scans your fingerprint, as an image.
Motorola didn't do it "first".
