I've legit never even heard this conspiracy theory or even saw anything hinting that its even a little true. Simply skimming over her start in the industry would show how unlikely it is. I guess theres one person who just thought up in their head, hey she sells lots of albums, her dad probably bought them. But Scott's a stockbroker? Atleast at the time the debut was released her family was well off but no way could be able to afford to buy enough albums to actually make any sort of relevant impact or enough to discredit her. Glad no ones buying this theory
