In all honesty I only drink the stuff twice a month and due to the size I have some left over for another day. I like to drink Aloe Vera juice more or pomegranate.

Has anyone read the New Jim Crow by Michelle Alexander? This book is amazing and changes the view of racism and social hierarchy in America. It explains how minorities (specifically black men) are targeted for incarceration and how that has affected the black community, the stigma of black people, and more. It's a great book.

I think every black person (at least black male) should read this. You deserve to understand what's going on in the world around you.
