It's obvious Trey Songz was supposed to be the Chris Brown replacement that one year after the Rihanna beatdown. He was hot for like a year then after CB came back, it was over for him. Poor dat. He never even broke into the mainstream even with those huge hits on urban.

First of all, nowhere does it say the girl is a teenage and it's more of a message of body acceptance, than bullying considering no one was making fun of her in that scene.
The other scene is 2 parents fighting while their kid is crying.
The other scene is of a kid cancer patient, aka the most unfortunate cancer patients.

I was thinking this too. Say Aah, Bottoms Up, etc was Chris Brown just more mature + ratchet.

Chris Brown was SO BIG (like Usher of Urban) in 2005-2008 in the Urban community. I always thought he was just relevant in the Urban community, I never knew he was mainstream then until I saw his stats.

I remember my auntie was stanning from the SECOND "Run It" came out, and she still stans. I remember hearing "Run It" on the radio EVERYDAY coming home from school.

WBT, Shake It Off, The Sweet Escape, and Run It are the only songs I remember hearing EVERYDAY in 2005.
