I doubt we're getting a sad album though. That just sounds like assumption on his part. She's already said she wouldn't write another breakup album and she knows people view her as a depressing artist and she's said she wants to change that.

Though I'm sure she's written some amazing love songs and songs about her child. Ready for the RITD style song for her deadbeat father too.

I sort of just hope she doesnt pull a Beyonce with releasing the album out of the nowhere. Not because of Beyonce (I really do love Adele also), but I just hate people/artists being obvious copies of other prominent artists.

She's spent about as much time on this album as she did 21 and everyone who has confirmed that they've worked with have already finished working with her (everyone else has stayed quiet) so it has to be done at this point.

21 was done for a while before it was released.

I don't want her to pull a Beyonce either tbh. She could pull it off but I'd much rather there be something before she drops the album.

Even if she just drops a single and releases the album like 2 weeks later or something.

But most people aren't expecting a new album so soon (the only people who even know she's recording are her stans and a few people who've picked up on it, as we've had to DIG for info).

So either way her album/single announcement will be a surprise to most of the GP.
