Hmm, since it's working for me it must be an issue on your side and not ATRL.
Try clearing your cookies and cache, and making sure you have the latest update of Flash and Chrome. Flash is actually interrogated into Chrome, automatically enabled; so any updates for Flash [on browser] should come with any updates of Chrome. You can check for updates by going to the Chrome Menu (upper right) and clicking Update Google Chrome. (if one is available)
However, since you're having issues with pictures too I'm going to assume you're either running high on CPU or your cache is overloading. Try clearing them by going to the menu (upper right, three bars) > Tools > Tools > Clear browsing data and Since beginning of time. If that doesn't work then maybe try restarting your computer and see if perhaps it's just ran too much CPU and is having issues loading embeded media.
That OR your internet is running slow. If you're using college/shared wi-fi it could just be overloaded. If it's private and the above don't work, try restarting your router. (or waiting it out, either or)
