You're comparing Disney Channel to Disney / Pixar kinda.
Even then DISNEY / PIXAR MOVIES were at their peak. Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Monsters Inc, etc > Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, etc.
Disney all around was easily the best from 2000-2007.
Even the shows in that period compared to 90's. That's So Raven, Hannah Montana, and Lizzie McGuire are probably more iconic than every Disney show from the 90's.
