This is true. Nothing wrong with a constructive debate but you when you start calling someones belief a fairy tale it becomes null and void. Both sides need to hear each other out.

Yup, I agree with this a lot. I talked with a religious person who used to mock non religious people. I was able to talk them out of that mindset thankfully. It doesn't work all the time but some are willing to listen.
